The Returns Portal is disabled and not accessible at this time.
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click "Start"
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can request to return your items up to 14 days from the date you received your order.
- They must be in original condition
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn with tags attached
- In the original packaging
Non-returnable items:
Gift cards, pacifiers, swimwear, seasonal items (Easter, Christmas, Halloween etc), personalised products and items described as faulty.
After 14 days from receiving your order your items are non-returnable.
Are there any charges for return?
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible to meet the cost of your return unless agreed otherwise
- We recommend using a tracked service as we do not take responsibility for lost returns.
- If there has been an issue with your order we may agree to meet the costs of return. This must be agreed with us by email prior to submitting your return request.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or store credit.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days. Credit notes will be emailed to your original email address at the time of order.
